This anodised aluminum pole guarantees a resistant and design installation.

Its slide allows you to set the incline of your sail according to the course of the sun, to create shade all day long. 

On the practical side, it is removable : remove it easily in winter and slip it into its base in the spring 

The tension system with ropes + pulleys is included

Tension system : The “reinforced” tension system (for Australe 340 and Acryl 300) contains 2 double pulleys versus 2 simple pulleys for the “standard” version. The double pulleys can host an additional rope loop between the sail and pole: this facilitates the tension of the sail and makes the installation more resistant.

Slide to adjust the height of the shade sail and its incline. The slide is inserted in the front rail of the pole. The shade sail is thus adjustable on the whole mast.

A pole that adapts to your needs with 3 different installations :

 

With the screw version : the pole is delivered with a 22cm diameter galvanized steel round base with a 12cm space between each hole. A 50cm high tube welded onto the base serves as a support for the pole. This tube can be straight (90º base) or inclined (82º base) to give a dynamic aspect to your installation. Careful, in the case of 2 sails tied to the same pole, we recommend choosing a 90º base to respect the tension axis of the 2 sails.

With the sealed sheath version : the pole is delivered with a 40cm long sheath to be sealed in a concrete slab and a steel tube of 100 cm to be slide inside the pole. 

With the wall baseplate version : the pole is delivered with 2 stainless steel bases to be fixed to a resistant wall with a minimum distance of 70cm between the 2 bases. Plan 2 holes per base.

Resistant and design :

In anodised aluminum of 3mm thickness, the adjustable pole guarantees a durable, resistant, and aesthetic installation.

The tension system, composed of rot-resistant ropes and stainless steel pulleys is directly inspired of the marine world : it ensures an excellent traction resistance and gives a "nautical" aspect to your installation.

The provided rope allows for an up to 2m50 space between the pole and the sail.

Practical for day-to-day use :

The pole contains a slide mounted on tracks to adjust the sail height and incline. You can adjust the sail height to the sun throughout the day. Enjoy shade all day !

The cleat allows a neat arrangement of the excess rope.

Removable : remove it easily during the winter and slide it into its base when the sunny days are back! The pole is removable in the sealed and screwed version.

For the “sealed sheath” version :

Create a 60 to 80 cm deep and 40cm wide concrete slab into which the sheath will be sealed. The bigger the slab, the mire stable the pole; 

Insert the pole (including the steel tube of 1m).

Then, insert the mast (containing its 100cm aluminium reinforcement) into the sheath.

Tip: opt for fast drying concrete for an easier installation.

For the screwed version :

Plan 4 bolts and 4 shredded shanks of 12 mm diameter and 200 mm length in order to fix the base. Drill with a concrete drill bit to 14 and a chemical selling.

Slide the pole on the tube.

 

For the wall baseplates version :

Plan 4 bolts and 4 shredded shanks of 8 to 10 mm diameter and 100mm length in order to secure the 2 baseplates (2 anchor points per baseplate).

Ensure a minimum space of 70cm between the 2 baseplates.

l'esthétique est parfaite et s'harmonise avec la plupart des décorssi l'installation définitive est très facile et bien expliquée, donner le nombre de sacs beton express serait un vrai plus car la vidéo est assez vague là dessus et nous avons du nous interrompre pour partir en racheter !Les dessins pour le noeud de chaise et l'enfilage de la poulie sont un peu trop petits mais un ami marin et la vidéo nous ont aidé.nous sommes ravis de cet achat et les finitions donnent du cachet à l'ensemble

Mat et fixations (grâce aux platines) très pratiques. Je n'ai pas trouvé d'équivalence ailleurs ni en qualité, ni en facilite d'utilisation. J'ai recoupé le mat pour pouvoir en faire 2 et c'est parfait. Juste quelques soucis avec espace ombrage pour avoir enfin la totalité des éléments afin d'avoir les 2 éléments identiques (bouchon, coulisse, visserie totale,...) mais le résultat est la et très facile a utiliser. Je l'ai démonté pour l'hiver afin de préserver les poteaux pendant l'hiver et cela se fait en quelques minutes et très facilement. Je recommande le produit sans aucune hésitation. .

Le mât réglable est un très bel objet, il apporte une touche "voilier high tech" à ma terrasse.C'est super agréable de pouvoir changer la hauteur du ou des points de fixation des voiles en 2 secondes pour adapter l'ombre en fonction de l'heure de la journée, et de régler la tension sans effort avec les doubles poulies et le taquet de blocage de la corde. J'ai choisi les platines de fixation pour un muret en parpaings. Elles s'installent facilement, et une fois qu'elles sont en place il suffit d'engager le mât par le haut, de le faire coulisser et de bloquer les écrous de fixation. Pour le démontage, même manipulation à l'envers. Il m'a été livré très bien protégé par un double emballage. Vraiment un bon investissement qui va durer dans le temps.
